  4. A lacrosse ball because I experience a lot of upper back and shoulder blade pain and the ball helps me roll it out.

  5. 2 Bottles of Prescription Medication- one is for inflammation, optional to take if I am sore in the morning, and the other is the medication I have to take morning and night.

  6. 1 Tube of Face Cream- Face cream so that I don't have to walk to the bathroom before bed.

  7. Same pain release role for my joints.
